Fast Pass are pleased to offer the Pass Plus course to all qualified drivers. Our driving instructors will be able to offer the Pass Plus course an all areas of Glasgow and the surrounding area.

Okay you have now passed your driving test and are about to hit the roads as a new driver. All thats left is to find cheap car insurance. Everywhere you try gives you expensive quotes so what should you do?

Pass Plus was created to give new drivers extra driver training to give them updated skills to deal with lots of advaced driving situations. You can sit Pass Plus with your driving instructor and on completion Pass Plus can save you up to 40% off your car insurance.

The reason your car insurance premiums can be so high is because statistically young or newly qualified drivers are more likely to have an accident, in fact in the first year of driving as many as 1 in 5 new drivers are involved in some kind of accident.

Pass Plus is made up of six practical modules which include:
  • Driving in town
  • Driving in all weathers
  • Driving on rural roads
  • Driving at night
  • Driving on dual carriageways
  • Driving on motorways
Anyone who holds a full UK driving licence is eligible to take part in the scheme. You will not have to take a test at the end of the course but you will be continually assessed.

The price for taking the Pass Plus course depends on where you stay. Different driving instructors charge different amounts but completing the course will do the following for your driving:

  • Help you gain valuable driving experience safely
  • Build on your existing driving skill and knowledge
  • Reduce your risk of being in a road crash
  • May save you money on car insurance premiums
